Well, Boston had another chance to clinch a playoff spot and they failed. As of right now, I would say that their best shot is for Denver and Chesapeake to continue losing and to wait for the season to end. Their defense seemed shaky in the first quarter by falling behind 3-0 to the Nationals. They quickly erased this deficit with a powerful 9 goal 2nd quarter, but it seemed like they were just unable to find the goal in the second half with only 3 total goals.
Hamilton is showing why they deserve the 4th playoff seed (or possibly even higher).

Bucktooth scored the first and last goal in this game (along with 3 others in the middle) to walk away with my MVP. Another big player that I would like to give a shout out to even though he was not on the list was Scott Rodgers. He was magnificent in goal. Especially in the 4th quarter with the game on the line. Bravo Mr. Rodgers. Bravo.

Boston needs Paul Rabil. He is being consistent, but we know that he can also be a very potent scorer. If the Cannons are able to clinch, look towards this guy. If he can manage to get the Washington Stealth to the NLL finals 2 years in a row then he can get the Cannons to the playoffs.
